Love home decor and all things Africa-inspired? Llulo has you covered! Their Africa shaped pillows are on our must-have list and make a perfect gift for the motherland lovers in your life. Bonus: they sell African print wrapping paper, too!
2. E. Turner Couture
E. Turner Couture is building a cult following with their African-inspired statement jewelry. We love these pieces for a pop of print with a neutral outfit, and we love them even more with one of our statement pieces. Each piece is handcrafted and super-versatile. Plus, the quality is amazing!
3. Brass Thread
We came across this cheeky brand last year, but just became obsessed recently! Their custom jewelry features the tiniest beads, and while they're quite a bit pricier than most of the items on our list, if you can splurge a little go for it! The attention to detail and creativity in each pendant is beyond words.
4. La Belle Femme Products
Our favorite beauty baroness, Angel Cornelius, created the first La Belle Femme products in her home studio and 2016 has seen her launch into amazing success after being featured in the Essence Beauty Box. Her body butter will leave your skin moisturized and glowing without a greasy feel, and it will also leave you with a subtle scent. The Pomegranate Kiss scent is a favorite around here. Other scents make great gifts for men, and we hear the fellas love her Organic Honey and Oatmeal Facial Bar.
5. OOO Polish
For you health-concious beauties, we'd like to introduce OOO Polish. Pronounced "Triple O Polish", this company creates vegan nail polish with a color system catered to complement the complexions of women of color. The colors are beautiful and rich, without the toxic chemicals. OOO Polish, Curly Chicks and MikMont Creations are also running an Affirmations Giveaway until 12/10 at noon. 6. Honey Fuse
Who doesn't love to cozy up with a warm mug of tea when the temperatures drop? Honey Fuse brings you flavor-infused honey that is the perfect addition to that cozy cup. Flavors like cinnamon, clove, vanilla bean, and mint, all add a yummy subtle flavor to your favorite warm drinks. We're also loving the flavors drizzled over baked treats. This one is a great stocking stuffer - make sure to order by 12/15 to receive in time for Christmas!
7. Debra Cartwright
One of our absolute favorite artists, Debra Cartwright is a force to be reckoned with the watercolors. Her paintings keep us constantly inspired on Instagram, and her phone cases are super-cute and would also make great stocking-stuffers. Check out her Casetify shop for those.
8. Suite One Studio
The color combinations are everything from Suite One Studio (any ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha peeping this pink and green combo?) We totally love the slightly bohemian vibe of these pieces and the gold finishing on the edges gives them a royal, girly touch. These ceramics make great gifts for a newlywed couples, a gift for best friends - especially the divas, or grab a set for entertaining at your place during the holidays.
9. Curly Chicks
We love Kinks, Kale, Avocados, and Afros, too! This ode to natural hair and healthy living t-shirt is our favorite from The Curly Chicks and makes a perfect gift for naturals. 10. Brooklyn Dolly
